Delhi Public school, International which was started to help support the country’s education sector. Much as it uses the CBSE curriculum, it is open to all students in the country irrespective of their nationalities.
This school is not using the Uganda National Examinations Board curriculum. We are already offering that at Kampala Parents School.
The teaching and the major medium of communication in this school, is English, for all children to easily understand.
Every year, there are 15,000 students who leave the country to go to India for studies. This has been simplified since such students can get such education services in Uganda. We are committed to helping the Government and our Ugandan people to have quality education. Wherever any country has good education, it directly helps its economic growth.
We are planning to set up more four schools based on Uganda National Examinations Board curriculum in the next five years.
We felt that there was need to have an Indian School in the country, to cater for the massive number of students who are interested in studying in India and using the Indian curriculum.
